TECHNICAL FEATURES:
MARMOFLEX is a white adhesive powder consisting of high-strength cements, graded particle
size aggregates, synthetic resins and special additives.It has been formulated and developed for
rapid, reliable installation of almost all marble, granite, natural stone, marble agglomerate and
tiles in composite marble with polyester resins or cements, including on non-absorbent substrates
or substrates subject to slight dimensional variation. Its ability to chemically bind the majority of
the water in the mix, together with very rapid setting and hydration eliminate the risk of irreversible
staining of the slabs and prevent possible deformation of reconstituted tiles.
FIELDS OF APPLICATION:
Rapid-setting floor and wall installation of marble,marble agglomerate and composite marble
tiles, including low thickness tiles.Rapid-setting, interior and exterior floor and wall
tiling with natural stone and granite.Rapid-setting, interior and exterior floor and wall
tiling with all types of ceramic, including on hot water heated screed.
Rapid-setting, interior and exterior floor and wall tiling with gres porcellanato, vitreous mosaic and
non-absorbent, single-fired tiles.Rapid-setting tiling on plasterboard.
- for interior use, maximum tile size 60x60. For tiling walls and heated floors, maximum tile size
40x40.
- for exterior use, maximum tile size 40x40. For wall tiling, minimum tile absorption greater than
0.5%.
