DESCRIPTION
A permanently fl exible, neutral cure silicone which has been developed to compliment
ASA’s Coloured Grout range. Ideal for use as an expansion joint fi ller for applications in
bathrooms, kitchens, laundries, showers, entrance ways and living rooms or wherever an
expansion joint is required in a tiling installation.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Thoroughly clean and dry surfaces to be sealed. Remove all dirt, grease, detergents and loose materials. There
must be no foreign substances in the joint.
APPLICATION
Cut off cartridge tip. Fit nozzle and cut to desired thickness at an angle of 45°. Place cartridge into standard
caulking gun. Force sealant into the base of the joint and fi ll with a continuous steady fl ow, pushing sealant ahead
of nozzle. Smooth surface with a sealant tool or fi nger dipped in soapy water before sealant skins.
SKIN TIME
Approximately 5 minutes.
CLEAN UP
Clean tools and equipment with mineral turpentine prior to product drying. After drying, excess material must be
cut away using a knife or razor blade.
PACKAGING
300ml cartridges.
COVERAGE
Approximately 7 lineal metres with 5 mm joints. Coverage will vary depending on joint depth.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. In case of contact rinse immediately with plenty
of water and seek medical advice. Use only in well ventilated areas. During application an irritating vapour is
released. In case of long term inhalation at high concentration, health risks may not be excluded. For more

SHELF LIFE
Unopened cartridges can be stored for up to 12 months in a cool, dry and weatherproof environment.
