DESCRIPTION
Cemcrete is a water based PVA emulsion used for the incorporation into ASA powdered
adhesives to increase the strength of the adhesive.This emulsion can also be used in
conjunction with sand and cement mixes to increase adhesion onto concrete and to increase
the abrasion resistance of these mixes. Cemcrete should be diluted with water when used in
conjunction with the adhesive.

SURFACE PREPARATION
All surfaces must be fi rm, rigid, clean, dry, sound and smooth. All grease, wax, oil, curing compounds, dust, plaster
droppings, paint and all other contaminants must be removed prior to the application of the adhesive.
MIXING
ASA Cemcrete should be diluted as 1 part of Cemcrete to 3 parts water.
1. Additive – When using Cemcrete as an additive into sand and cement mixes and powdered adhesives, the
Cemcrete should be diluted fi rst then incorporated as the gauging water.
2. Primer – If priming external areas with Cemcrete, portland cement must be mixed into the diluted Cemcrete
to form a slurry. This mixture is then used as a primer. Apply diluted Cemcrete onto internal substrates using
a brush or roller. Allow to dry.
CLEAN UP
Cemcrete can be cleaned up using warm water and detergent prior to the product drying.
PACKAGING
20 litre, 5 litre and 1 litre plastic jerry cans.

This product is non-toxic and has no known harmful effects. It is advisable to wear gloves and use good
occupational health and safety practices to avoid personal contact. For more detailed information refer to

SHELF LIFE
Unopened containers can be stored for up to 12 months in a cool, dry and weatherproof environment.
