Biscem Fast-Set Thin and thick bed, fast setting tile adhesive-Technical Data Sheet.
Biscem Fast-Set dries to form a strong bond for fixing ceramic wall and floor tiles, ceramic and glass mosaics, terrazzo tiles and slabs, brickslips, natural and artificial stone cladding and concrete tiles to a wide range of materials such as dense concrete, clay bricks, aerated concrete, blockwork, masonry, sand/cement render and plasterboard. Biscem Fast-Set is also suitable for fixing rigid foam materials such as polystyrene, polyurethane and glass wool slabs. .
Fast-Set may also be used with Biscem Flexibond emulsion to produce a flexible mortar. Fast-Set should not be used externally or in installations which are continuously immersed in water
Biscem Fast-Set is Ideal for fast track applications as it is sufficiently hard that tiles can be grouted after only 2 hours
For most applications Biscem Fast-Set tile adhesive requires only the addition of clean water.

Fast-Set conforms to:
* BS 5980 Type 1 Class AA - Adhesives for use with Ceramic Tiles and Mosaics.
* BS 5385 Part 1 : 1976 Wall tiling - Internal Ceramic Wall Tiling and Mosaics in Normal Conditions.
* BS 5385 {art 4: 1986 - Ceramic Tiling and Mosaics in Specific Conditions.
* DIN 18-156m Adhesive Mortar.
Biscem Fast-Set tile adhesive is manufactured under a BSI approved quality system to EN ISO 9002 & conforms to the requirements of BS 5980 Type 1 Class AA.

Setting Time 2 hours
Coverage 20 kg bag correctly mixed will cover 6-7 square metres when applied at a thickness of 3mm.
Shelf life 12 months when stored in cool place unopened
